Benefits Options: * Medical / Health Insurance (Multiple Plan Options) * HSA and FSA Options (CRG will match $500 of your HSA contributions!) * Vision and Dental Insurance * Virtual Visits for Urgent Care, Psychiatry, and Therapy * 401K - CRG matches up to 4%! * Life and AD&D Insurance * Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance * Accident, Hospital, & Critical Illness Insurance Responsibilities: * Answer, screen, and route or resolve incoming calls and written correspondence for Loss Prevention from all business formats, loss prevention team, and external customers. * Weekly processing/deposits for restitution payments received from individuals under agreement with Loss Prevention and City/County/Township Courts. * Update information on file with the judicial system and restitution in the Loss Prevention Case Management Systems. * Administrator for the Loss Prevention Case Management System, Auror. * Input critically communicated events. * Support the Loss Prevention Department by initiating service requests received from the store’s IMS Service Ticket System. * Review service ticket request for necessary information essential to determining service required. * Update each Job Description Municipality/Township/City yearly for emergency contact information and processes payments for these permits where applicable. * Enter new team members and update existing team members in the HikVision Door Access Platform for all corporate, fresh foods manufacturing, and retail locations. Qualifications: * 1 - 3 years of previous loss prevention and/or security experience in an operational support capacity. * MS Office Suite experience required, specifically Excel (creating pivot tables, analyzing data, and exporting data in a PowerPoint format). * Previous experience utilizing a Loss Prevention Case Management System, preferably Auror. * CCTV experience preferred. ** If you know of someone who could be a fit for this job, send their resume to [email protected] and you can receive a $200 referral bonus from CRG if they are hired in the position! ** Category Code: JN055
